Park Village Auctions will soon bring to market a collection of quality machinery and equipment to market which stems from the liquidation of mining and electrical suppliers.

That’s the news from PVA’s LeRoy Augustyn who explains that this is a particularly noteworthy auction for those with interests in this field.

Assets to go under the hammer include various conveyor and manual feed granulators, cage trailers, a Tecnova Deg extruder and screen, two washing tanks including an auger feeder, a paddle tank, an exhaust auger, a spin dryer with air fan, an imported plastic recycler and elevator feed belt, a die and palletiser, a Demaco 5 tonne hopper feeder, a mixing silo with auger feeder (9 tonne), assorted redundant extruders and electric motors, a scrap feed conveyor, a secondary feed conveyor and a 10 tonne bailing machine.

Notes Augustyn: “This auction represents an excellent opportunity for scrap, manufacturing and engineering interests to get their hands on some quality machinery and equipment. New, such machinery and equipment would cost a company dearly. Second-hand, these assets become affordable and simply make good financial sense, particularly in an economic climate where uncertainty is the ‘new normal’ and companies need to watch every cent. Suffice to say there are some good bargains to be had at this auction.”

Viewing will take place on Wednesday the 23rd of November from 10am to 3pm. The auction will take place at 18 Dekanah Street, Alrode, Germiston on Thursday the 24th of November at 10.30am.
