Three industrial properties have been released to the Gauteng and Free State market.

A multi-level industrial facility in Selby, Gauteng will be auctioned on March 16.

Situated in Johannesburg CBD, this property is an affordable multi- level industrial facility that can be sold vacant or with monthly leases. It extends over a gross leasable area of about 7000m² over 3 levels. The property is ideally suited for conversion to storage space or a motor workshop.
