July proved particularly busy on the property front for Park Village Auctions. That’s the news from PVA’s Jaco du Toit who explains that the company is auctioning an increasing number of properties across the spectrum.

For instance, on the 14th of July, PVA auctioned a large, beautiful home on the banks of the Vaal River which achieved a price far in excess of expectations.

The very next day on the 15th of July, PVA auctioned a property which could potentially double as a lodge or guest house in the town of Bapsfontein in Ekurhuleni. The handsome, fully furnished property offered a number of outstanding features including a sauna, Jacuzzi and pub. It too sold for a good price.

During the course of July, PVA also auctioned an industrial property and associated salvaged assets, a particularly fine residence in Bryanston and a large commercial business in Hillbrow.

Towards the end of the month, PVA auctioned a further three properties located in Bramley North, Sandton and Midrand respectively. All three properties were spacious, aesthetically appealing and family-friendly and attracted a lot of attention.

Says Du Toit: “We’ve enjoyed a bumper month characterised by the auction of a number of different properties. We are determined to continue in this vein and have already lined up a number of good properties for August which should attract bidders from all corners of South Africa. Watch this space.”
