A hotel, events venue and conference centre in Benoni, just 15km from OR Tambo International Airport and 11km from Benoni central business district in Gauteng’s burgeoning East Rand will be sold on July 3 through BidX1, South Africa’s on-line property platform.

The property is only 2.5km north of the urban areas of Benoni, which include Crystal Park, Rynfield and Mayfield, and is within easy reach of Kempton Park, Boksburg and Springs.

The gardens are designed and landscaped to a high standard, including a man-made lake with filtration system and water jets, swimming pool area with bar and service area for functions held at the ‘Tahiti open beach’ venue.

The gardens also include lighting, water features and garden furniture.
