Park Village Auctions (PVA) is inviting offers to purchase the assets and goods of a modern food manufacturing facility replete with advanced food processing and packaging technologies.
PVA’s Andrew Dix-Peek says the available assets are relatively “new” as the concern from which they stem (in liquidation) began operating in 2018.
Assets under the banner of plant and equipment include two 2018 Acepack pouch fillers; a 2018 FBR-Elpo 1000l/h mixer; a 2018 Dosieuro A-125N antioxidant tank; an FBR-Elpo SR5.150 pasteuriser; a 2018 FBR-Elpo QE 2000L mixer; an FBR-Elpo QE mixing pasteuriser; a 2018 FBL FL-10 automatic pasteurising and cooling tunnel; a 2018 RS45VSD 8 bar compressor; a 2017 BTTYW065-B air dryer; a 2018 Vapomat applied heat VAP2500 flash steam boiler and a compact cool chiller and cooling unit.
A CIP (Clean In Place) plant, comprising three Interfab 2500l tanks, control panel, pumps and a Lovato GAZ016 make up the last of the machinery and equipment lots.
Branding, recipes and finished products including flavours of instant maize, yoghurt and yoghurt oats, in pouches and resealable packages from the De-Lish brand “of vitamin-fortified affordable foods” are also to be sold.
“The collective assets up for grabs, from superb, near-new machinery and equipment to finished goods and proprietary recipes, presents an excellent opportunity for one to continue the De-Lish line of foods as is or produce any number of dairy, fruit juice or soup lines as desired.”
Viewing will take place on-site at the corner of Hoefyster Street, and Leader Avenue, Stormill Extension 5, Roodepoort, Gauteng on October 10 from 9am to 4pm.
