South African property icon Pam Golding died on Tuesday at her Wittebomen home in Constantia.
Pam Golding Properties said Golding, aged 90, passed away peacefully.

Mrs Golding set the highly competitive property industry on a new course which continues to this day,” the Golding family said in a statement.
She launched The Pam Golding Property Group in 1976 and opened an office in London in 1986. With her son and chief executive, Andrew, the business expanded to more than 300 offices across Southern Africa, Africa and Europe.
