PVA’s business rescue division specialises in selling businesses experiencing difficulties.
Says PVA’s Keith Green: “Most companies are simply in need of a capital injection or restructuring to continue operating and therefore represent a great opportunity for investors. We expect to see a good showing. What is interesting to note is that the property could easily lend itself as a warehousing and cold storage facility.”
The sale will start on-site at 11am on Monday.
Interested bidders can preview the property and assets today from 10am to 3pm.
